You must agree to these terms before finalizing your purchase of any of our products, trips, or classes.

Due to the amount of Credit Card Fraud, we will no longer ship any item purchased unless the Billing address and the Shipping address match exactly.

Product policy

All products being shipped  are new. Some products have been opened and on display in our retail store. All products may not be shipped in original packaging.

All products will carry the orginal manufactures warranty.

All products are guaranteed to be in new working condition. If not, we will replace with an identical product after customer has shipped it back to 420 Taylorsville Beach Ct, Taylorsville, NC 28681.

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges and product being returned must be in new working order and condition unless returning for warranty services. 

We do offer exchanges for sizing issues except on " On Sale " or " Closeout " items

We do not offer any return postage and all exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. 

Standard shipping is $19.99 USD. Orders over $75.00 will qualify for free shipping in the Lower 48 States. All Pelican Boxes and Engel Coolers will have actual shipping cost added after the purchase no matter where it is being shipped. If you purchase one, you must contact us by phone at 828-632-7649 to pay actual shipping before item can be shipped. There will also be added shipping cost for anything being shipped out of the USA Lower 48 States. We will contact you for additional shipping rates before we ship your product.

All deposits for Trips and Travel are non refundable.

Any Cancellation of Trip or Travel between 90 and 60 Days of the travel date will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total paid in.

Final payment for Trips and Travel must be made 60 days before travel date and no refund will be issued within 60 days of travel date. 

All Courses that are purchased must be completed within 6 months of purchase date.
